- Account Information: Email address and password when you create an account
- Profile Information: Display name (optional)
Information Collected Automatically
- Usage Data: Lessons completed, quiz scores, and learning progress
- Device Information: Device type, operating system version, and app version
- Analytics: Usage patterns collected without your identity, to improve the app and measure our marketing. This includes a random installation identifier generated on your device (not tied to your account, device serial, or Apple ID), the campaign that brought you to the app (when you arrived via one of our links), your app version and platform, and events such as opening Game Day or completing a lesson. This identifier cannot be used to identify you and is never combined with your account data.
Information We Do NOT Collect
- Location data
- Contacts or address book
- Photos or media
- Financial information (payments processed by Apple)
HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION
We use collected information to:
- Provide and maintain the app
- Track your learning progress across devices
- Improve our content and features
- Send important updates about the app (with your permission)
DATA STORAGE AND SECURITY
- Your data is stored securely on encrypted servers
- We use industry-standard security measures
- We do not sell your personal information to third parties
- Analytics events are retained in aggregate for product and marketing measurement; the random installation identifier can be reset by reinstalling the app
THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
We use the following third-party services:
- Apple App Store: For app distribution and in-app purchases
- Analytics: We operate our own analytics service (no third-party analytics SDK). Events are sent to our servers without your identity or IP address being stored.
CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
Our apps are rated 4+ and are safe for all ages. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. The apps can be used without creating an account.
YOUR RIGHTS
You have the right to:
- Access your personal data
- Delete your account and associated data
- Opt out of promotional communications
- Export your progress data

DATA RETENTION
- Account data is retained while your account is active
- You may delete your account at any time from the app settings
- Analytics data may be retained for up to 2 years. It is not linked to your identity, and the random installation identifier it carries can be reset by reinstalling the app
CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new policy in the app and updating the "Last Updated" date.
